Let’s Answer Your Questions
Do I have to wear a wetsuit?
We always advise wearing a wetsuit if you are not acclimatized to cold water. You can hire them on site or bring your own.
If you are on the aquapark, and the water temperature is under 15 degrees, you must wear a wetsuit.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we do have showers on site. These are cold water showers designed for a rinse off after being in the lake.
Do you have any changing facilities?
Yes, we have outdoor changing cubicles.
If I am doing an activity and want to self launch my craft, which ticket do I need to book?
Simply book your activity tickets, and on the next “add-on” page there will be a bring a craft option (add on as many crafts as you have)
Do you offer Blue Light discount?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer blue light discount.
Can I wear Shoes on the aquapark?
No, you can’t wear shoes or water shoes. You can wear normal socks or grippy socks (we have these to buy). Or of course, you can just go barefeet!
What should I wear on the aquapark?
If the temperature is under 15 degrees, we will require you to wear a wetsuit. But don’t worry, it’s normally a lot higher than this. A wetsuit is great to wear on the aquapark, but you can also wear normal swimming costumes or even t-shirt and shorts!
Do you have lockers?
We do have lockers on site, designed for your valuables (as they are only small) These are £2 (card only)
Do I get to keep my buoyancy aid for the rest of the day?
No, your buoyancy aid is only included for your 50 minute session. If you want to use the lake before or after your session, you will need to use your own buoyancy aid or hire one for £5.
