Safety is our highest priority. Alderford Lake is AALA licensed, meaning our activities meet the strict standards required for delivering adventure activities to young people.

Accomodation

Accommodation is provided in 8 bell tents, offering a spacious and comfortable area for students to relax after a fun filled day of activities! We also provide teacher accomodation.

A high-energy water activity designed to build confidence, coordination, and resilience. Pupils are encouraged to challenge themselves at their own pace while supporting classmates, helping to develop teamwork and self-belief in a fun, supervised environment.

Yes. Alderford Lake is AALA licensed, meaning all activities meet strict safety and operational standards for delivering adventure activities to young people.

All required safety equipment, including wetsuits and buoyancy aids, is included at no extra cost. Our instructors ensure equipment is correctly fitted before each session.

We require a 1:10 teacher-to-student ratio. Teachers are not charged for attending and are welcome to observe or support during sessions.

Yes. We offer on-site accommodation in spacious bell tents, with separate accommodation for teachers. Residential options range from one to four nights.
