50 minute session (plus a 5 minute safety briefing)
Please arrive at Alderford at least 45 minutes before your session in order to ensure you have enough time to get ready and watch the safety briefing
Your ticket includes a buoyancy aid for the duration of the session but does not include a wetsuit. Wetsuit hire is available separately
Your aquapark ticket includes full access to the lake all day
Any spectators for the aquapark will need to purchase a separate full day admission pass

Age Information

The minimum age to go on the aquapark is 6 years old and they must be 1.1m. Children 5 and under will not be allowed on the aquapark
Children 8 and under will need an adult (18+), the adult MUST go in the water with them (1 adult can supervise 3 children in the water)
Children aged 9-12 (inclusive) will need an adult (18+), the adult MUST go in the water with them (ratio of 1:10)
Children 13-17 (inclusive) will need a supervisor to come onto site with them and supervise. They do not need to go into the water with the child, but they must be supervising from the side accordingly. This supervisor must be 21+ and can supervise up to 10 children
You must be 18 and over to enter site without an accompanying adult

SEN Sessions

Our SEN aquapark sessions offer a more relaxed environment for children or adults who have special educational needs. With a small capacity, and an increased lifeguard to child ratio, these sessions are designed to make the customers feel more at ease.

We offer free carer tickets for these sessions.

31st July – 11:30am

7th August – 1:30pm

10th August – 12:30pm

21st August – 11:30am

24th August – 2:30pm

28th August – 12:30pm

1st September – 11:30am
