The Experience
Your morning begins with a gentle arrival, where you are welcomed with herbal tea or infused water and time to settle into the space.
You will then be guided through a 50-minute Pilates session, suitable for beginner to improver level. The class is designed to be accessible yet effective, focusing on strength, mobility, and breath, with options offered throughout to support all abilities.
Following the session, you will be invited to relax and enjoy a beautifully prepared brunch.
There will also be time to unwind, connect with others, or take a gentle walk around the lake.
